How to change the lowest age?

How do I change the lowest age possible from 18 to 16 during sign up? I tried in Admin Panel and change it to 16 but still cannot get through, error "You cannot join the site if you are younger that 18 years".

any help?

you have to change that in your database  table profilefields

Into version 6.1.4 I cant find in the profile table no inserts for age anymore....
