I need to create a new form to get several information like name, address, picture, phone, etc. This is diferent that a member, I need to keep it independent like a little database to other purposes
How can I do this ?

Because I will have many vendors in different countries and I need to keep track of all their personal data, this information is reserved only for myself and nobody else.
All this information should be accessed only by administrator, preferably alone in the backend.
In my Builders I only have these options:
- Navigation Menu
- Member Menu
- Profile Fields
- Pages Blocks
I can't see Builder Field, how can I do to get that option?
