How to create additional country field?

Hi,

In my join form I want to create one more country field (like home country & living country). 

In the Fields Builder I selected a new_item then in the "advanced" tab of the new_item how to add the "possible values"? Do I need to add all country names there? Is there any way to make it easy?

Please help.

any ideas?

 since countries is a predefined list, i would presume that you could use the same predefined list for this field.
