How to create an admin?

I went into the database and changed the Role value to 3 for one of my users. But the user still cannot login to the admin section.

Any ideas?

You need to clear the cache after making direct changes to the database.

You could try Deanos Tools V1.6 ... it's much easier and it's free 

You right will be nice to make some one moderator two to control the chat rooms and stop the spam
