How to edit MCE toolbar

Hi, can someone please tell me, how and where can I edit tiny mce editor toolbar in D7.2.1?

I want to add more functions in comments.

So tahat it would be instead like this:

The inits are located in /templates/base/scripts/BxBaseEditorTinyMCE.php

I think it's crazy to do this, but here you go. I don't like modifying core files in the /templates/base/scripts folder, so....

Replace the BxTemplCmtsView.php file in your templates /scripts folder with the one I've attached.  You'll have to do this with every template that you use... it's a little more work than modifying the /templates/base/scripts/BxBaseCmtsView.php file, but it leaves source files intact, so that you don't have to worry about updates overwriting changes that you've made.
