How do i enable tinymce full version?

to allow upload of images to be used in blogs and other places?

This is an update and modification of TinyMCE. Being in Dolphin 7.08 really makes no difference. I have it in a 7.06 site and it's very nice, especially if you want to let your members create another photo storage and display system separate from the photo mods within the forum itself
