How to force users to upload photo upon signin?

Hi Guys!

I'm just starting anew community however I noticed that some members are not entering photos at all. Is there any settings in admin I can "switch on" so that members who are about to sign in are forced to upload a photo before hitting that "Submit" button?

No such setting in admin, .. this task in roadmap to 6.2

you can wait 6.2 or buy such mod
