How long has it been? and how did you pay?

First thing to do would be post a dispute here in the disputes forum. http://www.boonex.com/forums/forum/Disputes-0.htm

Second. Contact one of the moderators. Such as Nathan Paton or Zarcon and they will see if they can get a response from the vendor.

This should be done quickly. You only have so much time to file disputes with paypal or through the credit card company if you used a card.

I second that, but would rather you message me directly than make a thread.

I sent you a PM.

I would like to find out how to get a refund also. I've been waiting for a template since 9/6/2015 and I'm not sure but Im guessing the templates the vendor had wasn't up to date. So they tried to convince me to pick another template but everyone I picked could not be designed by color or box style the way I wanted it. The features I picked in the first template is what I wanted and they assured me that I would be getting what I purchased. They tried 2 other templates which had all sort of errors and I eventually had to reset my entire site. It was my new site and only had a 40 members that all was erased. I keep contacting the vendor everyday and keep getting we will update you today or we will update you this weekend or we was out of town and now I just decided to outsource from boonex to find someone to buy a template from. I saved every email they sent me telling me lies when they will update my template. I would like to show them to someone with boonex so they would understand why so many of us would rather test a product from a vendor than to pay them out right. At least that way if I get shafted out of my money it would not be as mush as I'm losing by purchasing a template out right. The last email I received was on Friday saying they had some trouble but will update my site this weekend. I wanted to launch my site on New Years day and that is why I purchased the template so early and to test my site to make sure there were no problems. I spent money on marketing with ad clicks and banners, Google and yahoo. My site was also tailored to the community I live in and I got pens pencils shirts that I can still give away when the site is ready but the money I paid to advertise with the fair and dj is money lost.
