How to make friendly uri ?

Because of some reason, I must use non-unicode uri, so I redeclare var $bAllowUnicodeInPreg in file BxBaseConfig.php from true to false.

Unicode character is converted to '-' now, ex: "tôi yêu em" is converted to "t-i-y-u-em". I want the converted uri more friendly, "toi-yeu-em" instead of "t-i-y-u-em". Is there any way to do this?

Because unicode uri display not well in address bar, facebook sharing, and sometime I got page not found error.

You can try the following modification in inc/util.inc.php file:
