How to make profile fields drop down multilingual

Hy there,

i got a specific question about Profile Fields Builder and Drop Down Fields:

how can i make them multilingual?

F.ex.

in german, the values should be: Wert1, Wert2, Wert3,...

in english the corresponding translation: Value1, Value2, Value3,...

(and so on for further languages)

thanks, field dependencies is what i am also looking for, but i don't see the anything like 'Use LKey for german language and LKey2 for english language'
