How to make search only show members with photos?

On the search.php page, when searching for members, theres a box that says "with photos only" and you have to checkmark it to show only members with photos. Is there a way to have it automatically checked by default, and people just have to uncheck it to see members without photos? (like the opposite setting that it has now)
Alot of my members dont upload photos, so I thought it might be an incentive if they realize that most people wont see them when performing search, unless they have a photo. Thanks
