How to register a domain in my licenses area?

I entered the Dolpin_Permanent license code on the Settings>Advanced Settings>Dolphin License Code, waited for a few hours, the status under the Domain column is still "not registered".

Any idea how can I make my domain name appear under the domain column?

Thank you for any instructions you can direct me.

If you had it registered with the free license, you need to first remove that from your Unity account. Once you've done that, you should be prompted for your license key the next time you log in as admin. Enter your ad-free license there & it should take affect immediately.

I hope this helps.  ; )

Thanks for your reply RuralMn. No I did not register with free license. It was a fresh install then straight to inputting my permanent license.

The license code is saved in the Dolphin License Code field. It is there everytime I view the Advance Settings control page. My very problem is in the Domain column in my Unity account that my domain name is not showing. "not registered" status.

Oh, I apologize. I misunderstood you. You will probably have to submit a ticket for that if it hasn't resolved itself already.

I have entered mine, it shows it is registered to the site, but I still get this error:

1 You have manually removed BoonEx footers without paying for the right to. Please, go to BoonEx.com and order the ad free licenses to be able to use your site without BoonEx footers. They will be automatically removed as soon as you register your ad free licenses. Please, put the __boonex_footers__ key back into Dolphin template.

I haven't removed anything.  I paid for the 400 day license.  What should I do now.

Are you by chance using a custom template? And if not, can you verify that __boonex_footers__ is in templates/base (or the name of a third party template)/_sub_footer.html?

I haven't removed anything.  I checked and footer (don't see _boonex_footer)(but _footer.html and     _sub_footer.html is there) and sub footer is there.  I re-installed those files though, removed my licensed code, saved it, logged out, re-logged in, added the license , saved    it, cleared my cache, reentered my license, and its still there.
