Ok I have gone through and pulled every ad and store block in nav menu, member menu, and profile field. I have pulled the shopping cart off the bottom bar when you are signed in. But still when you click dashboard home under the custom bar you see this. 
When you click the links they work. If this involves php code, please be easy on my cause I'm not so great with that stuff just yet. Thanks in advance!
