How to remove bottom links

How do I remove the bottom links 'About Us Privacy Terms FAQ Invite A Friend Contact Us Bookmark'

I tried removing these lines in the _sub_footer.html file

<div class="bottomLinks">
__bottom_links__
</div>
but they still show up..

Any ideas :)

Left column of the main content, do you see the "clear cache"

Go ahead and clear it and then refresh your page.  Links should be gone.

Thanks mate, so this is really what I should do whenever I make a change and nothihng appears to happen..

Actually, we usually recommend when making changes, especially more than one, that you go to the same page, same column, same spot and turn the caches off then clear them out.  This will make it so you don't have to clear them for every single change.  Just remember to turn them back on when your done with your changes.
