How to remove this menu?

Hi how can I remove this menu?

It depends on which template you will use for your site, but the simple way is to comment out the HTML in the base template -  templates/base/_sub_footer.html  - as demonstrated in screenshot 1.
This creates an empty gap between the bottom of the page content and the final footer menu which can be fixed by changing 'position: absolute' to 'position:relative' on line 151 of templates/base/css/general.css. Shown in screenshot 2.
