How to search people by First and Last name.

On the search people feature of Dolphin 7 I want to be able to make it so members can search other people by First or Last name. Anyone know how I can add this feature? 

We added this by having a developer create a specific search for us - post it in the Jobs section or search the Market for something appropriate.

It won't let me post because I'm not a advanced member. Can anyone help me?

Well it will cost you money for someone to develop it for you, so you're going to need to spend some money either way.
