How to turning D7.1.5 to Dating site ?

Greetings everyone..

I was wondering how I can turn D7.1.5 to a pay-based subscription site in order to make it a dating site. Right now, anyone who access my site has the keys to the kingdom to do search & do whatever he/she wants..

I've seen folks on this Forum talking about Dolphin dating site, but not sure if I need to purchase a Mod to do that or if there is a way I can set it up via Admin..

you need to set a membership level - call it silver or whatever. Then limit what non members are able see and do via admin/memberships/member actions. and allow only members to have acces to other member profiles etc... then sell memberships.... dont put too much money into is because dolphin dating sites usually fail because of the competition. but good luck with it.

You are right about competition, but I see too many people on my site trying to meetup. So if I charge at least $5 per month to cover some basic cost, it would help. I know other sites charge $30 and more..
