How to use firebug with that "cache" thing?

How to use firebug with that "cache" thing? cant really find exactly wich css file to edit... when using firebug...

is there a manip?

There's a setting in the admin panel under the template to disable caching, this can help for troubleshooting and locating the CSS files that are rendering the particular section you are working on.
