Hypernova template - Bottom bar resizing

Is there anyone who knows how to resize the Bottom Bar of the Hypernova template ? I don't see any specific places in the admin set up area ?

Talking about the Bar at the Bottom with the icons for mail, friends, etc.... it went a bit bigger when upgrading to v7.2.1 and hides a bit the Dialog instruction.

The vendor doesn't respond. I've been trying to contact him or her for a month or more.
