I.E. 8?????

This page works great with crome, safari, firefox, but please try to open this with I.E. 8 and see what happens the video player and the flash file will not work can someone tell me why this is the only issue right now of why I am holding going live.............HELP PLZ>>>>>>

Opps forgot to tell you I have Flash 10 installed with the browser not 64 bit 32 bit I guess there is no flash plug in for 64 bit just FYI.......

Pulling up that error, and anything broken in IE8 makes them nto want to display the pages correctly.
