I am almost ready to give up!

Please excuse me first of all. With all due respect, I'm a little confused, Why is Dolphin being promoted with all these features and some of the core features seem to be in fact broken???? I am hosting with Arvixe and even they are having problems running Dolphin on their servers??? I was about to purchase a license after I installed it but when I went to use it (using a  Boonex preferred host company) I ran into all these problems... What's Up?

Without going down my list I will just focus on one very important item, Video.

The Videos feature is functionally useless in the current state. The crazy thing is I thought it was just my install, then I when the the Boonex site and got the same exact behavior! And I cannot believe how slow things work. And the last insult I have to injury is after working and troubleshooting and working more and troubleshooting more, I can't even get pre-sale questions answered in a timely manner. Don't get me wrong, I love what I read about it and the site looks great but this seems more like a work in progress "project" than something that could be commercially viable. I have so many open source Flash Youtube type scipts that work great. Dolphine is the only thing that is broken Last but not least, I may sound a bit upset and that is because I am for the simple reason that I really wanted to use i.e. Buy the product that was descibed but this is not it and nobody seems to know how to fix it. I Pray someone can prove me wrong at this point because I would really like to become a customer and deploy it successfully as it is described on the Boonex website. Please advise... ANYBODY! Thanks.

might be best to list what actual problems you are having otherwise is hard to comment...

Ive set up a few Dolphin sites now, has taken some time to learn how to get the best out of the script for what I want but Im actually very happy with the results Im now getting.

Had some initial setup problems part script, part server etc... mainly video related also.

Once I got it sorted, it works well.

Let us know what actual problems you are having otherwise is hard to advise!

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
