I have a paid license but BoonEx logos are still on my website

I have a paid license but BoonEx logos are still on my website.I have done everything to remove it but still have the bottom one that shows in every page .Any idea?

it took about a week for their logo to come off my site also make sure you go into admin/setting /advance setting/variables and add your license

might try clearing the CACHE also in the admin.

You need to add your license like this:

1. Remove the current license from Administration > Settings > Advanced Settings > Variables
2. Clear the cache from the administration panel
3. Log out of the administration panel
4. Login to the administration panel
5. Enter the new license when asked

You can also enter your license directly from the administration panel under the advanced settings page, but this rarely, if ever, works.

If this doesn't work, make sure allow_url_fopen is enabled, which is required for parts of the script (including licenses) to work.

I check in the tools/host tools and I found that  magic_quotes_gpc = On - FAIL (must be = Off) and

php accelerator = NO - WARNING (Dolphin can be much faster if you install some php accelator))

I don't know if this is the problem,the hosting company where the site is located is one of the suggested by boonex i ask them to fix it and the reply was to get a VPS or DEDICATED server because that will use too much resourses from server.

I have the same messages.  How do I fix this?

 have you been able to get this rectified? are you on a VPS or Dedicated machine? we can help out with getting your configuration sorted. 

 you can set magic_quotes to off on a local php.ini file if you do not have a VPS or Dedicated. the caching engines are setup by your hosting company, and if you are not on a VPS or Dedicated, then you are at them mercy of your host on that one.
