I need help with PROMO PICS

for some reason on all my remote computers I get this error

[ad][ad][ad][ad][ad]

and no promo pics...

is there a fix for this..

it happens in firefox and internet explorer 8 on windows xp and vista.

where ru hosted?

umm seems to be a problem with windows vista.. happens on both firefox and internet explorer.. wasn't the firewall i turned it off to test..

you know how windows is eh? works fine with xp. just not vista
