I am not sure how to remove or correctt his to get my site back up and running. Can anyone help

Appears to be a damaged cache file. Clear the cache. Dolphin will rebuild it.

If you can't get into the admin panel of dolphin to clear the cache from there, then do it manually via FTP or the file manager in cPanal. Just remove the files in dolphins cache folder except the .htaccess file if there is one.

Exactly.

The errors path and file is this. /home/tbozz/public_html/cache/sys_options_c38f73179a28bb62cef3a01a0a20c08e.php

The folder shown is cache and the file in question is sys_options_c38f73179a28bb62cef3a01a0a20c08e.php

You can just remove all the files in cache which is exactly what clearing the cache in admin will do, or you can hunt for that exact file and remove just that one.

As for cache_public. Yes, that is another dolphin cache folder, but is not the one the error is in, so leave that one alone.

You might want to check your Server Configuration for something called Suhosin and try running your Site with it Disabled, I've ran into some weird problems before if that is Enabled.
