Video is playing after downloading. I would like to play during the download. What do I need to change?. Do I need a RMS?

Videos processed with the H264 codec must buffer all the way before playing. You can play videos while buffering by using the standard codec, which you can use by unchecking the box for using H264 video in the Flash apps panel.
