INtroducing different Languages

How do I go about introducing different languages to my site members. So for instance, French, Arabic, Swahili etc? How do i use Google or is there another better, efficient method?

There are Mods you can purchase from Boonex Market that give your users the option to use either French, English, Arabic etc.. However, I have not seen any great Mods that have a 100%  translation engine. I happen to speak French, and when I went thru some Keys translation, they look like they have been translated by a 5th grader. Therefore, I've done lots of clean up myself to some of these Mods I purchased..
