Image Reloader Question

Out of the blue the image reloader in Dolphin 7 quit displaying on the index page when NOT logged in, but still shows up on the home page after login. I checked every file associated with the image reloader. Finally got fed up and installed a fresh copy of d7 version 7.0.6 and systemically replaced these files:

ENTIRE templates directory (all page_1 obviously got replaced along with index.css)

index.php

ENTIRE inc directory (obviously design.inc got replaced)

.htaccess

Cleared Cache by hand. The issue still existed.

I am at a loss where to look now, and to redo the entire site would be a pain.

Is there anything I am missing for files to look at, or a database tag that may be bad?

Thanks for any quick pointers you may provide.

Im going to guess at this one. I dont know what an image reloader is, but I am rather sure if you open the block in the page builder of admin, there is a check box for both the view of members and guests. My guess is that you do not have the guest box checked.

This allows members to see things that guests can not, pushing them toward joining.

This sentance says nothing, and its possibly spellt wrong.

No in this case that is not the issue. Those settings are correct for this particular instance.

The Image reloaded is the rotator that displays the pics on the index page and home page you may remember from the INITIAL Dolphin 7 install.

I also tried a third party addon image rotator, and it fails also. It displays only on the home page and NOT on the index page.

I will keep looking.

Thanks
