Image size

Hi to all, i have this problem : if one member upload a image too big, when the upload is finish, or appear a empty window, or i receveid (in the admin. panel) to aprove a white image...

I know the dimension file is to be setting on the php.ini, but what i want is to have an automatic pop up (or something else) error message for the member when the files is too big, and one link to send back at the upload page.

Is possible to do this ? I need some mod or i can setup from the admin pannel?

many of the digital cam pics are 2 MB 3000px by 3000px and GD cant process them

either tell you users that images are limited or uncheck use DG in admin/settings/advanced setting

Hi Mrpowless, i try to disable the GDlibrary, but when i upload an image (also a little image), give me many errors...

BUT when i enable back... work also when i try to upload 4MB of image !! when before with 2Mb, of image when finish the upload, give me an blank window...

I don't know what happend, but looks like work fine now...
