 Dear people, I've just installed D7 today, the website info looks promising to me and I want to try the software out with a free license. If satisfied later will upgrade to a paid license. Installation all went smoothly except for GD which is not installed, but I figured I can have that done by my hosting provider. Now when I look around on my newly created site I cannot find a way to change the profile picture of my admin user, add other pictures and albums. Am I noob here? |
you would need to install the modules you want to use, navigate to your site....../administration Select tools then modules bellow you'll see a list with mods you can install. |
Hmm strange everything seems already enabled. I see only mods in the Flash Apps section, another section is not there... Where on your standard install should you normally upload a profile picture? Maybe I'm overlooking... |
If the only thing showing under "modules" is "flash apps" then you haven't installed all the other modules yet. In admin click "tools" then "modules" under the tools menu. It will show you all the mods you can install. Once you install the "photos" and "avatar" then you will have those options.
