Improvement for negative comment rating in D7B8

Hi,

This is not a bug but an improvement. If there's a comment with 0 points, and you give it a negative rating, it does not reflects immediately and you can see it only by refreshing the page as shown in screenshot below:

But on the otherhand, if its 0 and you give a positive rating, the new rating reflects immediately without refresh. So, the same behaviour should work for negative ratings too..
