Incorrect Length for Articles, Blogs, Forums...

All of the sudden I began to have problem when posting an Article even in Blog and Forums I am having issues where it says, "Incorrect Length." I have fiddled with the snippets length but it does no good. Any solutions?

I tried to clear cache -did not help

well this is an abnormal behavior, so there was something "fiddled" with that most likely should not have been.
