Incorrect member status in member tab and presence

Hello All,

Incorrect status indicated under My presence and under member tab.

There seems to be some discrepancy regarding the status in "my presence" and the status of members under the "members" list/tab.  According to "My Presence" the status seems to indicate "Online" when in fact they are not online. when you check the "members" tab and the users who appear under the "my presence" as On line are in fact are offline.

I also confirmed with the users and they were not online at the time i was online.

I have a screenshot of this if anyone whos interested in seeing this. By the way, how do you upload a image in the forum?

Any ideas how i can fix this?

2 questions:

1.  Do you have an Auto Online program installed?  If you do this will solve your mystery, it's placing them online.

2.  How long ago were they last online and how often do you have Ray Messenger set to update the online status of members?  If you have it set for once every 12 hours, then it will only check once every 12 hours who is online.  Getting the idea here?

I looked into the infromation you requested and as of now:

user one last login 06-15-08 katt

user two last login 11-14-08 noel

Ray messenger is set to upate every 30sec

regards to the "auto online program", i'm not sure exactly what that is but my site basically has the default dolphin install. I dont have any mods installed.

Now if we can get Boonex to acknowledge and correct this problem with a patch issue and correcting the download file to get rid of it for new users.
