I am toward the end of this install now and like always thethe header.inc.php says it need changed to Non-writable but it is already there.  Now if I click next it won't allow me but if I click skip it shows a error and than takes me back to the beginning of the install again

Can someone please help I would love to have this software running!

You are confusing, ray/modules/global/inc/header.inc.php

with

inc/header.inc.php

you need to change the permissions to the file in the Ray folder.

That is what the image is telling you, to reverse

ray/modules/global/inc/header.inc.php

from writable back to non- writable = 644

It is set already to that non-writable = 644 in the server but the install is not letting me to proceed to the final destination.

Then I am at a loss to why you can not change permissions back

I went to your site & it shows ray/ modules / global / inc / header.inc.php file as Writable

Yeah I know :( I just contacted my server guy but really this isn't a issue with them I don't think...

Well I am not going to keep trying for too much longer tonight.

Now I am really lost cause they said set it too 444 which I did and made it non-writable but when I clicked next I went straight back to the beginning of it still!  WOW I am lost here.
