Install Issues? HELP Please

keep getting this error?

open inc/header.inc.php and edit line 172 to say

require_once(/home/content/c/r/e/creditnet/html/Newwteencity/inc/security.inc.php)

Thank you for your response, seem I cannot edit this php file?

Maybe I'm doing something wrong ?

I edit it in Dream Weaver and try to up load and over write but it won't allow?

Now get this?
