Install help D7 - Line 172 - header.inc.php

Editing my original post, because for some reason I can't reply; it says I'm not logged in, getting more than a little frustrated at all of this now.

Alex:: The server is IIS, which is a source of a lot of the problems, or I could just be over analyzing.

Prolaznik:: I added the two lines which were missing to my ini file, but there's been no change in the error.

Is this a case of just explaining that we need to switch to one of our Linux servers to alleviate all of our problems?

Hosting is provided on a Godaddy Windows based server (not my choice but it's what I've to work with) and I've followed everything in so far as trouble shooting to get to this frustrating point.

Warning: require_once(D:\Hosting\919078\html/winnipeggers/inc/security.inc.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: Invalid argument in D:\Hosting\4919078\html\winnipeggers\inc\header.inc.php on line 172

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'D:\Hosting\919078\html/winnipeggers/inc/security.inc.php' (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear') in D:\Hosting\4919078\html\winnipeggers\inc\header.inc.php on line172

I think I've been working at it too consistently, and I'm just missing the simplest point.

Any suggestions?

I've installed D7 on a few GoDaddy LINUX servers and have never had a problem...so you may want to do that

Windows! Yech! Take it from someone that knows. I have owned my own personal windows 2003 machine now for 5 years. Works just fine for most stuff but anytime I tried to do any kind of PHP it was like getting hit in the head with a crowbar. It was just conflict after conflict after f___ing conflict.

I wanted to do this software so bad that I am phasing out my old server (which is for sale if anyone wants it) and moving all my sites, some 28 different ones to an online Linux server at HFW.

Are you sure the paths in your header.inc file are set up properly?
