Installation Trouble

I am trying to deploy Dolphin v. 6.1.6 on a Windows Server 2008 system running PHP 5.2.9-2 and MYSQL. I have overcome multiple hurddles along the way and now i am stuck. After i fill out the configuration page and click next i get the following error:

I have searched for hours.. and i have not found any resolution. I checked the location where the mentioned files header.inc.php and periodic/periodic.file should be and i do not see them there.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

can you explin to what configuration your at thanks ?

what i mean is explain to me where you put the files and such ........ ?

You unzipped the rar or un zipped the dolphin  file correct into the root ?

Steps i took.

1. Created a folder in c:\inetpub\wwwroot named social

2. unziped the contents of Dolphin-v.6.1.6.zip to the social directory

3. created a mysql data base.

4. pointed browser to localhost\social\install

5. Click the INSTALL button

6.Confirmed all modules were green. Clicked Next

7. Clicked Next again

8.Fill out the sql info Click Next

9 Fill out site info. click Next

10. If i am doing this from a browser on the actual server that IIS 7 resides on i get the above mentioned error while using Firefox. If i use Internet Explorer 7 then i just get Internal server error 500. If i am on another system on the network other than the server i just get Internal server error 500.

11. Stuck.
