I have just gone through the Dolphin 6 installation procedure (on Windows Vista, working on localhost), and at the end of it, all I get from "http://127.0.0.1/dolphin/" is the following.  It's not the most helpful error message I've ever seen.  Anybody shed some light on what could be wrong?

my guess you are trying to run this under php 5.3...   dolphin does not seem to run under php 5.3 for some reason or i couldnt figure it out.

try using php 5.2.9 or below and reinstall dolphin and all should be fine.   what are you using for a server   xampp, wamp, or just mysql, php, and apache blended to work together ?

This looks like the php option short_open_tags is off.

Try adding short_open_tags=on to your php.ini file.
