Installation problem

I can not get the installation to start. I get this message
allow_url_include is on (warning, you should have this param in Off state, or your site will unsafe)
I change the settings in .htaccess and created a php.ini file now I get the message

allow_url_include is Off (warning, you should have this param in Off state, or your site will unsafe)

How do I fix this problem.

Usually only hosting can help to disable this option. Ask ur hosting support.

I had this same problem yesterday with my first install of Dolphin 7.   try copying the php.ini file to the install and admin folder that what I did to get through the install. Then I put copies in all sub folders to get the rest of it working.
