Installing 6.1 theme on a 6.0 build?

I have this template thats built for 6.1 but I have a 6.0 build installed. I was hoping someone could walk me through what I can take out, tweak, or add - to make it adapt to my older version.

My site doesn't have any mods or anything special.

Easy way - look through this section http://www.expertzzz.com/Downloadz/home/dolphin/11/, find free tempaltes fro 6.0 and 6.1 and compare their packages with Araxis merge tool for example.
