Installing Groups and Events

A while back I uninstalled groups and events and am now ready to have them installed once again.  Anyways they will not install and here is the error I'm getting.

Thoughts?

Anybody have any thoughts?  It looks like groups and events are still present in my installed modules list but they are listed as bx_groups and bx_events rather than just groups and events.  Also when i click on them they take me to a page that says module not currently installed.

I think groups is dependant on a couple other mods that have to be installed first. I can't remember them off hand but one might be Orca

This is a link inserted to profile as subtab. It looks like your profile menu id is changed, or your removed Profile tab from top menu at all.

Profile tab is one of required tab - you can not remove it.
