Installing in a non-root folder?

Dumb question...Will there be problems if I install Dolphin somewhere other than the root folder?  So it would be root/dolphin?  It is not a sub of the domain name, just a different folder in the hosting account.  I don't think it would be a problem but I wanted to make sure because I've heard people were having problems with subdomain installs.

I don't believe there are any problems installing in either a subdirectory of a subdomain.
