Integrate Social Bookmarking?

I would like to integrate social bookmarking into my website.  I would like the homepage to be something like "Digg".   I saw Pligg but I do not know if it can be integrated with Dolphin with the same user id and pswd.  Anyone know of any third party scripts I could use to get this done or anyone that you know of that could complete this for me??

You both would be best served by submitting a JOBs request in UNITY. Open Budget just means you are willing to negotiate cost with customization. Then developers/designers can properly assist you both :) If it is possible.
