Interface in 2 languages?

Hello.. Can someone point me how can i have 2 languages in one community?

I understand i have to edit the lang file.. but then how i can offer the users to switch between languages?

well - easiestr way to downloar ready language file in expertzzz.com and install it.

After it your users will be able to choose language they need.

Thanks. I did custome my community a lot. so i dont have the standar navigation. My main question is how the users actually choose? How that work?  I don't see it anywhere in my admin panel as option?

well - in your template - in _header.html file should be key __switch_lang_block__

it will add flags into top of page.
