Sample RSS Feed block in page builder for homepage

put this in RSS Feed block and the loading icon just keeps loading will not load
Do exactly the same using a blog rss url doesn't work
Use an external rss feed url works perfectly.
I don't want to use an external rss feed.
I want help with this not just people replying with the same problem.
2nd time asking help with this on the forum, had another member also think its a bug.
I want to use the RSS feature. If it doesn't work just someone tell me rather than me going unanswered..
Have cleared admin cache , browser cache
