Internal Server Error on Ray and Orca

I have given up fixing on those errors but now I really want to to fix them this time. I am still having Internal Server Errors when I click on Ray or Orca in Plugin section in Admin area.

I have tried changing / deleting .htaccess, cmd to 755 etc and no luck still.

If you want to charge me minimal fees to fix those, I will let you. I just want to straighten those out so I can go ahead and move on.

Thanks.

Try this, delete the info in the htaccess file. Make sure that you back up the file first..

I would love to see the results of deleting the contents of the .htaccess file.  Perhaps, looking at the ray/modules/.htaccess might be a necessary thing here, but not the /.htaccess (how will the rest of the site run)

Next up, files don't chmod to 755, they chmod to 777, along with ray/modules/widget/xml/main config skins and something else, I forget what it is go 666.  Check the ffmpeg.exe and make sure it's at 777.  A 755 will only give the owner ability to do things, but not members.  Also, check for 644 permissions in the xml that should be 666 and so on.
