Internet Explorer CSS Issues with Dolphin 7.0.8

I've recently updated my dolphin all the way up to the most recent version but I'm having two issues, and I was hoping someone can help?

I have Internet Explorer 9 on my computer. When I visit my site, for instance this page, http://socialkicks.com/arcade.php, there are significant css issues. The entire site is pushed over to the left, and the dropdown menus don't work at all. You can use the theme switcher to see it in UNI and it is broken in the UNI template too.

In my quest to find a solution, i have tried removing the code for top menu from the header template, and when I do, the problem goes away - the alignment is perfect, and my banner buttons are aligned just like they are supposed to be. When i put __top_menu__ back into the header template, it goes back to being aligned far to the left, and the banner buttons go vertical instead of horizontal.

It seems like compatibility issue with internet explorer, as it does not happen in firefox or google chrome

My other problem is now I am getting "You are using an outdated browser" across the top of my site when viewing in Internet Explorer 9. ?? Yeah, I'm using the most recent browser, and yet it says that my browser is outdated... I don't know why it is doing that... any advice would be extremely helpful!

That page is provided by a 3'rd party for the gamezone module. So this most likely is an issue with that mod and you need to contact the developer.

Given that it is not a default boonex page or module most of us will not be able to research it to find a solution.

Did you actually go look, or click any links? I was just giving that as a sample page... it is a site wide issue... here is another page... the home page does it too, but will redirect you to login, which is why i did not provide that link:

http://socialkicks.com/index.php

http://socialkicks.com/SocialKicks

http://socialkicks.com/search_home.php

http://socialkicks.com/help.php

It's every page. That was just a sample so that you could easily see it without having to login.

No input? No one knows why this would happen?

I figured out the issue with the updated browser thing showing up, and that's gone now, but I'm still having issues with the top_menu code not being compatible in IE

Nevermind... I figured it out... some kind of error in the gentopfooter function... but all good now.
