Invite friend auto add to invitee friends list?

Is there a setting which auto adds friends who accept the invite to join the site to the members friends list

I have been unable to find an answer to this.

If I have the site set to join by "Invitation Only" will the member sending the invite to join, have that person automatically added to their friends list when they join?
