Yes, it needed saying 3 times.  This is not an SQL error, it's a coding error and the mod that you attempted to install into 6.1.6 was designed for 6.0.X, there have been several upgrades since then and the code is bad.  By returning your database to a pre-mod position, you have taken care of 1/2 the issue in getting rid of any bad/useless SQL that was in it, but now you need to return the file to what it was before you started.  This means you must go back and reverse all the steps in the instructions of the mod that you installed, then it will work.

***Also, I looked at that mod, it did not utilize the inc/prof.inc.php file unless you uploaded one out of the package.  If you did that, then you need to get a fresh inc/prof.inc.php file from a Dolphin package and upload that.

***This is a perfect example folks of why you must keep backups of your site at all times.  I keep them on the servers and on flash drives that I can pop the files out of that I need at a moments notice when it's jut a couple of files that need to be replaced.  In addition, I never mod on the server anymore, all mods are done to a set of files on a seperate flash, then uploaded together when all work is completed and the sql files are run.  It is time consuming and you must be meticulous in keeping them up to date, but it does solve problems quickly.

Ok, I have done all of what you have said before my first post. I uploaded all backups. I have done everything that I can do humanly possible. It's still having the same error. Even with a new dolphin file! Now, I am getting more errors. I am not sure it's the software, I think it's my servers. We do keep back-ups by the way. They are done daily.

 The ** part of my last post wasn't to you, it was to those who don't keep back-ups, you proved you do by replacing the database. 

Run a check real quick, open up the files that were edited by that mod and check them to see if the mod code is still in them or not?  It should take you about 2 minutes to make sure it's gone.
