my site suddently stop working and emailed my host. hostforweb and no reply. i have been trying to contact them directly in their home page and i can't access it. is this my network or me?

Hostgator is unthinkable the customer service I get with than. The fact they are there 24/7 and find solutions to issues period end of story makes them priceless. I hope this will help you as I never in my life have seen customer service at the level they provide... Csampson |
I have a ten year old Dell Poweredge in my closet that I bought and turned on in 2003. It has run virtually non stop since then. I don't know of single server that can claim they are up 99.9% of the time although most of them do. Of course, I look at it differently than they do. When I say 'up time 99.9% of the time' I am talking about a ten year spread. When they say it, they are talking about a 7 day spread.
