Just wondering if anyone has attempted to implement badges or awards within their orca forums. I'd like to display small icons, or badges, under the username in a forum post if a certain condition is met within the user's profile. I know the current 7.0.2 forums may make this difficult, but is there hope with 7.0.3 since they dropped a lot of ajax?
This is something I see as being worth some $$, as it encourages members to participate in activities on the site to gain badges. Examples would be a photo badge if they've uploaded over 10 photos, or a blogger badge if they've made more than 10 blog posts. I'd imagine this would be a seamless integration with something like modzzz's ultimate points (love this mod btw!).
